Dear $$First Name$$,
Thank you for attending the 2024 Annual Professional Development Event on October 19-20, 2024.
We sincerely thank you for supporting and attending our recent Annual Professional Development. Your presence and participation made it a resounding success.
You can click the link below to view the CE hours placed in your membership profile. Please take a moment to review the certificate to ensure you have received all the proper designations. You have ten days to notify the OAO office of corrections before sending the list to the Vision Professionals Board. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the OAO office at (614)505-3296 or info@oao.org within ten business days.
It's important to note that these CE hours and certificates will remain on your membership profile page indefinitely, serving as a testament to your professional development. You may also download and save the certificate. The original copy will remain on your profile page until they expire.
Once logged in, you can view all CEs submitted for this event. Please click the 'Print Transcript' button in the top right-hand corner to print/download your CE Certificate.
As a current OAO member, you have been provided with your login and a temporary password below:
Login: $$Login$$

**When entering your temporary password, we recommend using the copy (control + c) and paste (control + v) function to avoid confusion between letters and numbers**

Be sure to update your password information to something you can easily remember. If you happen to forget your password, an automated 'Forgot My Password' utility will send a new temporary password to your email address on file.
